Order Payment

Our online store accepts payment using Visa or Master Card via the secure Eway payment gateway.

If you prefer to pay by EFT you will need to phone or email our office for bank account details. 

GST

All prices on our website are GST Inclusive. You will receive a Tax Invoice with your order as it is shipped.

Currency

All items for sale on our website are in Australian Dollars.

Shipping

We ship your order out with Startrack Express or Australia Post. If you prefer to use your own courier, please advise our staff when you place your order by phone or email. 

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of the receipt of your order or payment. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you before proceeding any further.

Warranty

We offer a standard 12 month warranty. If you believe that an item purchased from us is faulty and all reasonable attempts have been made to troubleshoot the problem, contact our office for further assistance.

Items ordered in bulk quantities may be eligible for a discount, please contact us as we're happy to quote for quantity and/or trade.
